SIUE partners to provide Amazon employees with access to undergraduate programs

Amazon’s Career Choice is an educational benefit designed to equip employees with new skills so they can advance in their careers, whether at Amazon or elsewhere.

According to Amazon, the program meets students where they are in their academic journey. Amazon plans to invest $1.2 billion in the United States to improve the skills of more than 300,000 employees by 2025 with the aim of helping employees access higher-paying and in-demand jobs.

Amazon’s Career Choice program has a rigorous selection process for University Partner Educators, choosing associates who are focused on helping employees through their education programs, helping them find jobs and supporting educational opportunities that lead to career success.
